Terms and conditions with Annandale Baggage

We are happy to offer a full refund up to 7 days before the commencement of your walk.  If you cancel within 7 days of your start date, a £10 admin fee (per transaction) is applicable and will be deducted from your total refund. 

We cannot offer refunds once you have started your walk – however, if you would like to complete your walk at a later date, we can arrange to transfer your booking to a later date (dependent on capacity).

1. Max Weight is 20kg per bag.
2. No fragile objects in luggage, e.g. glass bottles, laptops or tablets.
3. No flammable or explosive items such as, camping gas or lighter fluid.
4. Baggage is only insured whilst in transit on our vehicles and therefore it is recommended that you have adequate travel insurance.
5. Any items attached to the outside of bags must be securely tied on, and we cannot be responsible for items that fall out of bags.

1. Luggage available for pick-up between 8.30 - 9.00 AM at Moffat, and by 9am at your accommodation provider. 
2. Please contact us if you are late to Moffat, if this is the first pick up point for your bags.
3. Changes to your itinerary, please contact us the previous evening or before 9.00 am on day of transfer.
4. We are currently working with accommodation providers to arrange pick up and drop off points.  We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to take in your bags.
5. We can deliver to accommodation on Airbnb, or self-catering cottages however this type of accommodation does not have normally have any personnel to take delivery. Please make sure you have arrangements in place with the accommodation owner so we can make delivery.
6. If you have booked transport, we can drop you off at a point on the Annandale Way or close to it.  We cannot travel further than 5 miles from the trail for transporting people. 
7. We aim to deliver all bags before 6pm. If however there are road closures or road traffic incidents, this may delay the delivery of your luggage. Please be aware that we will not be held liable for any disruptions to your onwards travel arrangements.
